I would like to know if it is possible for you to be laid off because of what a co-worker does wrong? What happened my co-worker did not follow the rules and there were rules that were set and changes made. One change was to have the Dept. Manager on staff. Because of this I was laid off due to downsizing, but this would not have happened if my co-worker followed the rules. So I was being laid off because of my co-workers' fault because she caused trouble for a everyone else in the dept. I am in the state of S.C.
