What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
state of florida

ok... the question is in regard to damage done to an interior door... it was punched about a month or so ago... since then the person who caused the damage has tried to fix it... the person renting the apartment the door is in has placed obstacles in the way and not allowed it to be fixed... the person who fixed the door has been arrested for domestic violence some months ago... the person who's door was damaged was the alledged victim in the mentioned case... charges have been dropped in the domestic violence case... at this time are there any criminal implications for the damaged door? What would remove these if any implications?

well, your post is very hard to understand but:

the person doing the damage has no right to repair the door, period.

at this time are there any criminal implications for the damaged door?
possibly. It is generally illegal to damage the property of others.

What would remove these if any implications?
the dummy that did the damage hopping into a time machine and going back in time before he damaged the door and realizing it was a stupid thing to do, not damage the door.
