I am a general partner in a buiness in Texas the business operates as a paint and autobody shop. However, my partner took on some mechanic work as a side job to make extra money. He used the preprinted work orders with the company name and info on it for his side work. His customer was not pleased with the work and sued me, my parnner and my business for $3,000.00. Am I or my business liable , after all I do not own a mechanic shop?
