I am in Missouri. I seem to have encountered a judge who has made an incredibly unfair decision because of prejudice, inexperience, stupidity (not so likely), or god knows why? Prejudice seems the most likely candidate. What can I do? This judge ignored mountains of evidence in favor of opposing counsel's misstatements and downright misrepresentations of the situation.

My response:

Unless you're the Plaintiff in a Small Claims action, you can appeal the decision. If you are the Plaintiff in a Small Claims action, you'll have to live with the decision. There are no appeals allowed by a Plaintiff in a Small Claims action.
