What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mississippi What is punishment for one to claim minor children live with him to get more money from SSA each month when in fact, the children lived in another state with their mother per the divorce decree. Money was literally taken from the children that could have help immensely with their care. Does anyone have answers?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

How do you know what is being claimed and by whom?

Assuming there is proof, report the person and let the agencies take care of it.
