In California, if a Detective was proved to have been very corrupt. In this case, they followed a persons vehicle, never identified themself as a police officer, and did a PIT menuver. Then they got out of there car and fired three shots at the persons car.. and then arrested them and identified themselves as a cop.
In addition to this, they also placed a illegal firearm on the person.. and claimed it was the persons..
And all of this could be proved.. (this is all hypothetical, this happened in a roleplaying game.)
What would I sue the police department for, what charges, how much money, what?
