What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Cheating wife's name on deed and loan of house, can I change locks on doors so I don't come home with everything gone?

I presume she left. Unless the courts have made an order of possession regarding the house, the cheating wife has every legal right to walk into her house anytime she wants. As to everything being gone; are you claiming that everything in the house you purchased before you were married to the cheating wife? If not, then it is her stuff too.

get to court and file for divorce and seek possession of the house and begin the negotiation of distribution of assets.

Yep... you can change all the locks you want. Just remember to keep an extra key.... for when she asks for it.

Either that, or be left with the repair bill if she had to break a window to get into her home while you were out.
