What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
Wife hasn't worked since we got married, we have two kids,house,etc..but she is cheating. Will I have to pay alimony?

We have been married 9 years and she has no skills for a job. I make about 40,000.
Odds are decent that you'll be paying some alimony. Typically, the guideline is that alimony is considered in 10 year marriages. By the time your divorce is finalized, you'll probably be close to or at the 10 year line.
