georgia-my pop was picked for bench warrant for charges in 94/95. he'sdeing held in newton cty and has not had a bond hearing or a denial from judge for bail. how long can he be held? and he has made written req to sherriff and med staff about health prblems with no avail. now he is having bld stools and really needs real medical attn but all the sheriff tells me is it must be cleared by "their" dr if he can go to the hosp.
