I'm in Utah,if I get a small claims court judgement here against an ebay seller in Texas can I collect the judgement through his paypal account?He sells many items and is still in buisness.

Out of interest would the paypal account be personal or business?

And would the judgment be against the person...or his business?

How do you expect to get a SC judgment against an out of state defendant?
