Question on solicitation of a prostitute

A friend of mine gets legitimate colonics from a day spa and uses his credit card to pay for these services. They were recently shut down because some of the therapists alegedly offered sexual services to other clients. My friend was not present at that time.
Can my friend get arrrested on suspicion even though he wasn't there at the time, because there is a credit card record of services?
