What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? The state is MA.
I have a question. If the plaintiff gets the award for all his suffered damage including medical bills at the end of the court, can the insurance companies sue the accused guys for their money spent for the plaintiff on their own?or ther will take their part from the award of the plaintiff?Thank you so much! What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

The insurance company is entitled to reimbursement from the plaintiff's award.

Then is there any way insurance companies'll not find out about the results of the case?Or the court will let them know about it?Who usually does that, the attorney? Thank you again!

Computers are wonderful things.

Note that the lawyer will want his fee in addition to the money repaid to the insurance company. Make sure that settlement is big enough.
