What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

I own a two bedroom coop, and recently I was charged for an extra air conditioner. I have only one and it's already added to my monthly maintenance bill. I email the management company and they refuse to take it off. What can I do?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You have two options:
1- Buy a second a/c since you're already paying for it; or
2- Sue the Management Co. to force them to fix your account.
