There are 3 employees where I work and we are trying to buy the co. from the current owner. We have been working on the loan since march 1, when the company was turned over to us. The current owner was to keep all receivables to pay payables prior to 3/1. We get everything after. We have not been paid since 3/1 if the purchase does not go does the current owner owe us all back pay??? Please advise
