What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MD

I'm on probation in MD and was charged with drunk in public in VA. Can the new charge in VA be seen by my probation officer in MD?

It is possible. You have a couple things to consider before falling on your sword. Is the new charge a misdemeanor or a violation? Did you have permission to be out of state?etc.. This is a catch 22. If you do not report this incident,it is possible your p.o. will have no idea. On the flip side,if you get caught than the punishment will likely be more severe.goodluck.
