What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
:) My significant other is incarcerated in the Texas Prison System. He was told that he could get a divorce while he is in there for free and it would only take about 30 days. Him and His wife have not been together in years. He asked me to find out what forms he needed and what he needed to do. Can someone please direct me in that direction?
