If a warrant was issued, the SOL stopped.

A warrant is forever.

There are two separate time 'clocks'.

The first 'clock' is the time from the date of the incident to charges being filed. Since your post says that charges were filed, that 'clock' is no longer relevant.

The second 'clock' is the time allowed from arrest/detention to the date of trial. Since you have not been arrested, this 'clock' is not yet relevant.
