What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Iowa

So my company I am working for has free access to a drive on our network. On this drive i have found a file that shows a list of over 100 employees that were terminated or quit for various reasons. On this list it states the persons full name date of birth social security number and their starting and ending wages. As well as reason for the termination. What worries me is that they may have my information available to everyone working at the company as well. Based off of this one file, that doesn't have my name on it, do i have any kind of case to go against this company?

I don''t know where this belongs I am sorry if this is the wrong place.
