I just wanted to ask almost 2 years ago my wife, son and myself were hit by a driver in Flagstaff AZ and he kept on going. We had a witness who got a license plate number but later the police told us that he could have not got this as he had stopped to see if we were all right. Well right now our laswyer said the case is going to an arbitrator as the insurance company says that my wifes back could not have been injured in the accident so I guess we have to wait for the arbitration. What exactly are we waiting on?
