What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana; Do I need to go through probate if--house was deeded to me with life estate to father, vehicle was titled to myself and father as co-owners, checking/savings accounts both are joint accounts with myself and fathers names.
Father recently passed away, a will was made with me as sole beneficiary. House worth 70K and paid off, checking/savings worth 33K. Thank you!
