I would like to know what actions I can take against a man who stole a private picture from a friends phone and now is showing everyone, he spreads lies about me and stalks me by phoning me when I have asked him not to ever call me again? He is from Pakistan and has citizenship here in south Africa, now he is threatening us to publish the photo's and write all kinds of lies about us in the news papers. Can he do this and is there something I can do about him???
