If you go to a doctor for a second opinion and you bring your medical records as requested. But on your medical records you change the name of the doctor that ordered a test, not the actual medical info, because you were worried knowing who ordered the test would bias their medical opinion because they're friends with the other doctor, are you guilty of a crime?

You falsified a document, are you going to to go jail....most likely not.

Don't be surprised if doctor #2 refuses to treat you.
