I live in Brandon, FL. I was laid off in January and have yet to receive any notification of COBRA benefits and have had to subsequently pay out of pocket for doctor visits and labwork. Do I have any retribution for this? I am currently working, but my benefits aren't available for another 2 months. What course of action can I take for resolution? Thank you.
