What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon
My family has been in a lawsuit to settle an easement issue for over 3 years now. We are running out of resources and have no where else to turn. Here is the case:

In 1995 we purchased 80 acres in the mountains that was surrounded completely by a lumber mill's property. We made an agreement with the mill to give them first right of refusal on our timber in trade for ingress/egress for our property. The title company never recorded the easement, but it shows on all paperwork that was given to all parties. The land around ours has been sold at least 3 times and no previous land owner has ever disputed our easement. Until now. We have been throwing our money away on bogus claims by the plaintiff for 3 years with no end in sight. We know that if we can get in front of a judge, we would win our case. The plaintiff knows this as well and has stated that he intends to run us out of money before we can see a judge. The judge granted the plaintiff an injunction for us to use only one road until this is settled, however the road granted is the one we are fighting for, so we're not sure who's favor the injunction is really in.

My questions are, what can we do to get in front of a judge and how can we fight this without a lawyer, as we are running low on cash?
