How to force builder to fix problems of condo under warranty?
I bought brand new condo under warranty. I found many problems. I reported many time to fix those.
They always say that they will fix it and they don't fix it. I heard from neighbors that it's how they avoid fixing and try to get over the warranty period.
I think I need to do legal action.
How can I do it? Where should I start from?
I don't want to go to lawyer and I want to do myself this time.
