What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

I took my friends Bike and ccrashed it in november and it got totalled and i haven;t paid it back yet..the price of the bike was 7000..

what can happen if he decided to take me to court what would all the factors be for it

I'm not sure what exactly what your question is. But I am going to go ahead and answer you.

The factor is you took your friends bike, and crashed it.

Then you said you will pay for the bike

Then you didn't pay him.

Then he had to sue you.

Then your friend won a suit against you, and you are ordered to pay for the bike, and the court fees.
