What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? new jersey
If I have a few drinks then hop on my motorcycle and within a mile of the bar I left, I run into the side of a boat attached to a pick-up truck pulling into a driveway....I received life threatening injuries and wind up confined to a wheelchair for the rest of my life**************....Who can I sue?

A better question is who can sue YOU.

The owner of the boat, for one. And the hospital that treated you, if you don't pay your bills. The state of NJ can get you for the half-dozen or so laws you broke, too.
