Had an accident with our truck because of icy conditions in the gas station parking lot. Ran into iron guards. Police report states no negligence on our part but did state icy parking lot. Can we hold the gas station responsible for any of our damages?

You can 'hold' anyone liable that you want. However, if you mean would it be likely that a court would hold them LEGALLY liable.... no.

You were driving in icy conditions and assumed the inherent risk of doing so. The gas station owner/operator did nothing wrong.
