What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey but our real estate is in New York My sister has a life estate and her name is on the deed at this Brooklyn NY property. My father left all his assets and his house to the both of us as stated in his will that was probated. Also in this will I am the executor. When my father was alive my sister's name was on all his bankbooks, his checking accounts, needless to say when he became ill he came to live with us and she took all of his money when he was still alive. What possible rights do I have? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
