My friend was at a stop sign making a left turn into a busy street, and oncoming traffic was clear except for a car that was in the right hand lane with its turn signal on. Thinking the car was going to turn onto the street where he was waiting he started the turn, and the car didnt turn right and hit him right in the drivers side front wheel. Is there any chance that the other car will be at fault for having the signal on and not turning??
