What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ohio
brother is name in will executor, but before father died he said he didnot want just one person in charge and 4 of 5 children heard him say this.
since his passing the brother and his wife have been in the house on several occassion and removing items and the other 4 siblings have been told to stay out?
is this legal, can the sister in law be made to stay away?

As in your previous thread...

The brother is not the executor until the will is filed with the court, accepted as valid by the court, and the brother is appointed as the executor by the court.

The nominated executor probably has some leeway before receiving that appointment, but only to make certain that the estate's assets are secured.

If you don't like what is happening, then get down to the court and file to open probate and be appointed as executor.
