What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

A few months back i file for a private student loan, since i needed a co-signer, i used my dad information without his consent. I realize that what i did was wrong and cancel the loan before it was dispurse and now my dad found out about it and he's charging me with Identity theft. What can i do about this?

You need an attorney.

Seriously.
