What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Scenario:

Husband beats wife to death. Leaves premises and goes to mother's home.
Has history of domestic violence with convictions. After 4 days commits suicide in mother's home saying does not want to go to jail. Mother goes
to crime premises and pays rent 2 days after son commits suicide. Does not
mention to police that wife may be dead. Mother fails to return calls from
dead wife's relatives. Places son's obituary in another cities paper. Has possesion of dead wife's cell phone and claims to discover dead wife 11 days
after son's suicide using key to enter premises only after police leave voice mail indicating they are visiting premises with wife's relatives the next day.

1. Can the murder's mother be charged with concealing a crime?
2. Can she be charged with obstructing justice?
3. Can she be charged with tampering with evidence? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

The answer to any "Can you be charged with X" question is YES.
The answer to any "Are you likely to be convicted of X" question requires more thought.
