give paid vacation when quiting w/out 2 week notice

i just quit my job and only gave a one week notice. They did not give me my two weeks paid vacation that i was entitled to. When i called and asked why they said company policy was that i had to give two weeks notice. But they never said that, they just said it was in the company hand book. So am i entitled to the two weeks pay?

You are entitled to all vacation pay accrued.
