Can I reject a sex offender as a potential tenant?
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia
If in renting my home I find out through a legal background check that the applicant (and potential tenant) is a convicted sex offender can I deny his application without any legal consequences (i.e. is it considered discriminating)?
