In June of 1997,in Wichita county court,Wichita Falls,Texas,78th district,I was aquitted for driving while intoxicated. The state entered into evidence a document that was notarized as being authentic, yet didnt have my signature on it,even though the state`s own video shows me signing this document. The state continued with thier prosecution even after this was brought to thier attention. I want to find an attorney who isnt afraid to take the malicious prosecution suit in my behalf.
