Restraining Order

Your wife may be able to go to the court house and ask for a dismissal form. She can call the court clerk to find out exactly what she needs to do . It may vary from state to state but in Missouri you just have to fill out the dismissal papers and the judge needs to sign it. there may be a cost assessed to her.
