What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Hampshire
My parents gave me a 10 acre piece of property in 1999. I was married then and still am to same woman. The property is deeded in my name only and is just forested land. We do not live on it. This issue is I wish to sell it and she doesn't. She says she has legal rights to that property as my spouse and can block my selling it. Is that true?
