What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? KY
Inherited property through intestate estate along with few other relatives. One heir with a minor share (1/8 or 1/12) lived in house at time of death, and is now claiming full ownership rights. This person will not allow other owners access to property. Can they be forced off property until estate is settled?

If the estate has not transferred ownership to the intestate heirs, then the estate is the owner of the property.

As a practical matter, I would rate the chances of booting a minor heir who lived on the property as about zilch.

But the estate's administrator should make it clear to this heir that they will not be the sole owner and that they will have big trouble if anything happens to any personal property situated at the house.

Minor ownership refers to their share, not their age, which is over 18. Other owners legally own greater percent of property.
Property will eventually be sold by master commissioner sale, just would like to get person off property and want to know if that is possible. Afraid of deliberate damage to property while other person lives there.
