Does The Calif District Attorney have the right to re-ject a re-tractable statement from the so called victom on a DV complaint, and pretend they did not receive it, make excuses and withold evidence of this statement from the accused and his Attorney, just to try and win their case, even after the police verified that it was sent before the accused was arrested??????? Do they have the right to mislead evidence having the knowlage about the re-tractable statement, and go into denial on facts that could prove someone inocent, do they have the right????????????????
