What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey
I have helped out a friend for two years who needed a home...her daughter threw her out on the street. I have asked her to leave three times and after pleading changed my mind. I called the police once and she was told she had to leave, she was not on the lease. If she didn't leave I would get an eviction notice to have her vacate. Please help me know what to do. She is listed as an "occupant" on my lease. What do I do to evict her?
