New York resident. OSHA & NLRB have acknowledged protected activities. However, complaints were dismissed due to the agencies not thinking that they can win in front of a judge due to the "economic health" of the company. The agencies do not require a third party audit of the books. The accountant who maintains the books also audits them. Additionally, he is the personal accountant of the CEO and President. He is also accountant to companies owned by family members that do independent contracting for the company in addition to being their personal accountant.

Appeals are in process, but do I have any chance at a civil suit for wrongful termination with proof that the agencies acknowledged protected activity.

I have never been a problem employee so there is no history of excessive absences or unsatisfactory performance.
