Our son was at friends house the other day. The police came for a noise complaint. His friend was outside talking to them.They were yelling for him to "get out there". He went. Was thrown in cuffs, searched (they found nothing). They left him in cuffs- about 45 min. later was read his rights & hauled off to adult jail. He was not allowed to notify us, nor did the police dept. We live in WI. Is this legal procedure here????
