What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida, do you think one would need a lawyer after reporting this ?

To whom it may concern at FWC-DEP,

The following information is being provided concerning the misuse of state funds. Having operated an air boat doing aquatic work FWC-DEP from Jan.2007 to July 2009 at the company Natur Chem located in Lake City Fl. I worked with another employee of Natur Chem who operated another air boat, who had a aquatic license. I personally did not have a aquatic license. I was instructed to put less herbicide in my mix tank than was actually charged to FWC-DEP. The fact I did this is out of my concern that I would lose my job if I did not comply. Also, from what I assumed ,this practice had been on going before I was employed at the company. In other words, both boats would for example put 1 qt. of chemical per mix tank, though the actual charge of chemical to FWC-DEP would be 2 qts. of
chemical per tank mix. So, every tank that was sprayed out from the two boats, there was a extra 32 oz. of chemical per boat charged to FWC-DEP. About 90-95% of the time Reward was used for most of the work done for FWC-DEP at $112.44 per gallon. You can do the math, looking back at what has been charged to FWC-DEP in the past. As far I know Natur Chem is still practicing this procedure. This is one of numerous unlawfull practices this company has indulged in that I can recall. Also, as far as I know a Mr. Joe Hinkle was the immediate FWC-DEP specialist over most of the aquatic operations for Natur Chem. I have a relative who works for the state, and this is another reason for reporting this activity. Furthermore, I would have liked to submit this information sooner, but, I was contemplating if I should. I am saying this is a large company and knowing a bit about them I am concerned of a retaliation from them on my part. So I wish to remain anonymous.

Don't know what you are trying to accomplish but I doubt your problem, if you have one, will be taken care of by posting at this site. I would suggest you direct your problem to your state's Attorney General Office.
