What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arkansas

I am trying to find information for a friend of mine. She has been charged with a felony child endangerment. She wants to get custody of her kids back. I know that some statutes will allow for her to get her kids if she is convicted of them. I am trying to help her figure out what would be okay to plea to. Does anyone know where I can look up those statutes?

What are the circumstances of the child endangerment? Who has the child/ren?

What statute is she being charged under?
