On E-BAY there is an item being sold that states that it belongs to DeMolay Internation and is to be returned to them if not being used. The seller was told to read the first page that states this and still remains to sell the item.
I quote: " This Ritual of Secret Work is the property of DeMolay International and is loaned to Chapters for instruction. The Chairman of the Advisory Council is responsible for its care. It is to be kept under lock and key when not in use. NO copies are to be made therefrom. It must be surrendered to DeMolay International"

Is he within his rights to sell this item, if not how can I stop him?
