My daughter, in the State of Florida, was arrested on a domestic violence, trying to claim and remove child from her home that father and mother-in-law were in. Was arrested for violence against husband and mother in law and they state she hurt child trying to take baby out of house. Prior, she did not have posession of the child due to social services states there was abuse before this domestic violence incident. She went to jail for 4 days, now can't have any contact with 3 month old due to husband won't allow it unless it is with someone of his chosing, and has restraining order against her to stay away from him and the house, but not baby. She does have mental illness, but refuses help and husband claims she's suicidal which kept her in jail, but she claims not to be. She hasn't been arraigned yet for domestic violence. No lawyer has been secured for divorce due to low income. There is nothing stating that she doesn't have custody. Sherrif's office and social services involved in case. WHAT NOW???
