Ex partner hiding real estate, help(oklahoma)

My fiance came into a decent sum of money from a trust when she turned 18. However she also joined the army and part of the trust was used by a family friend to pruchase 3 houses. The houses are used for rentals. She gets taxed on the homes and when she asked questions and for earnings or her share of the profits she got stone walled. The houses are now all deeded to land trust after she began asking questions. What makes it harder is that the person that had power of attorney for her didnt keep good records and my fiance has memory loss after returning from Iraq.

So now we are in a position where she has part ownership of three homes she has never seen a dime for, the LLC that was supposed to be setup never happened. We just want her part of the investment returned. What would you guys do?
