What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
I will be filing a Apprlication to Relieve Estate from Administration. Will states assets will go into a trust FBO deceased only Daughter. Upon Daughter's death the four grandchildren will get equal shares of remaining assets. Do the four grandchildren have to sign the waiver of notice? Does the Daughter or just the named trustee for the trust?
