What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
Property was sold for prior taxes. No lien holders made any claim to excess proceeds. We were told that after 90 days the money would automatically come to us. The county said the sent a certified letter, we never received it. An asset recovery company notified us and told us about the money. We contacted the county, filed and Heir Claim Form and now the county has filed an interpleader. We have 20 days to answer a summons...
Help Please...:(
